terms of service
🍃 As the artist, I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission as I see fit. If a cancellation is required on my part, a full or partial refund will be discussed. I don't typically cancel commissions, however payment through Amazon gift card (usd) cannot be refunded. Full refunds are only made if the commission has not been started.

🍃 I reserve the rights to every piece of artwork, as the original artist. Unless previously discussed with the client, this allows me to post the finish product to my various platforms, as well as use it for promotional or example work within my own business.

🍃 I reserve the right to decline any commission as I see fit. Reasons may include anatomy challenges, design complication, and confidence in portraying your character accuratly among other things.

🍃 As the commissioner, you have the right to the following:
💌 You may use your commissioned piece for personal use - personal use includes the use of artwork on personal profiles, as well as printing for non-commercial purposes.
💌 though not required, in the case of using art on profiles, credit links or mentions to my user or profiles is greatly appreciated.

🍃 the following terms are considered copyright infringement. These will not be tolerated and you will be added to my personal blacklist - you will never be able to own any of my designs or work.
💌 Removal of my artist signature or watermark.
💌 Commercial reproduction or use of the copyrighted artwork, for any sort of profit.
💌 Client altering the artwork in any way. This includes but is not limited to tracing over my work, recoloring, redesigning, and taking elements of my work to use elsewhere.
💌 Client claiming artwork as their own

design and custom terms
🍃 please do not reproduce my designs. Reproduction refers to mixing the design with another (created by me or not), and using the two to create and sell a ‘child’ design.
🍃 Please do not sell redesigns separate from the original, or claim redesigns as your own original design. If redesigning, please send me a message to let me know you intend to change the design and properly credit me as the original designer.
🍃 Rules for my designs are solely located here. Any other rule or regulation placed on my design is considered void.
🍃 If you’re unsure about the original value of a design by me, feel free to ask and I’ll do my best to match it for you!
🍃 The process for customs reflects that of normal commissions. Adoptable characters cannot be edited or changed, until they are out of my hands.

process and edits
🍃 If you have any special requests at receiving work in progress images, please let me know! I can usually accommodate to anything asked. I send work in progress images at every major stage, for approval and chance of changes or edits.
🍃 Any edits required for that stage in the piece must be specified after the work in progress is sent, so I may correct things as soon as possible. This includes but is not limited to: sketch edits or additions, coloring corrections, as well as any extras or background art. If edit notes are given late, or after the piece has been completed, extra charges will come into effect, or the request for edits may be denied.
🍃 In the case of your character here slots, unless otherwise stated only minimal changes to the product can be made. I do my best to state in each post changes that can and can not be made. Additions and edits are subject to cost extra and may be unavailable or declined.

reference material
🍃 I am happy to work with whatever reference material you may have, although unshaded, digital, and high resolution images are preferred. In the case of traditional reference, a digital color pallette is requested, but is not nesscarry.
🍃 In the occasion that reference material is not clear or not up to date, I am not responsible for any errors that could arise with your character. I am only able to use what you provide me, please be as detailed as possible. If a reference requires any specifications, I ask that these are provided to me as soon as possible. I am happy to work with any client to make all commissions as accurate as possible, but unclear images or changes that were not made known to me and circumstances out of my control.
🍃 If a client does not have any visual references of their character(s), I may consider working off a description. This is done on a case-by-case basis, and would request an additional fee from the client.

capabilities and limits
🍃 I am most comfortable drawing feline and canine species! Though, I am able to do my best in accuratly representing any species, you must understand that there are some I cannot draw well enough to offer you a commission. Please take a look through my social medias or various platforms to see if my style and ability fits your character.
🍃 I am not comfortable or confident in drawing the following:
💌 Fetish based artwork (SFW or NSFW)
💌 mecha or machines
💌 digitally, human characters
💌 Ideologically sensitive material
💌 Political statements or commentaries
💌 hateful or violent actions
